Upgrading to a Family Account

In order to upgrade to a family account from either one or multiple standard accounts use the following process...

1. Subscribe for a family account the same way you did for your standard account
2. If you use PayPal, your account will typically updated within an hour, usually much quicker
3. E-mail the admin account to let us know which STANDARD accounts you plan to move to the family account (we know any way, this just helps get your refund done quicker)
4. Add the Standard, Basic, and new accounts to your family subscription using the online form
5. You will receive a prorated refund for current subscriptions plus one $5 bonus for upgrading

You may get an e-mail at a later date stating that your account has expired and been set back to Basic even though your account is still a family account.  That happens when your old Standard subscription expires and you should not be alarmed by it.
